Mentoring is a vital activity in the African American community whether it’s done as a formal process casual process. The Black Reality Think Tank welcome’s one of the gurus of mentoring to our Tuesday broadcast. He is Mr. Phillip Scott, former director of the Sullivan Spaights Boys to Men Mentoring Program. He is currently Executive Director of The Organization for Community Concerns headquartered In Arizona. The discussion will focus on current methods of improving the mentoring process in order to reach the young Black male of today
