Celebrating more than 50 years, Ko-Thi is the third oldest African Dance Company in America. Founded n Milwaukee in 1969, Ko-Thi Dance Company offers research, training, and expertise allowing us to learn about the history, language, dance, and drumming of the continent of Africa and the Diaspora.

Join Host Brother Charles Robinson, Dr. Janine James, and Dee Dee Conley to welcome Mr. DeMar Walker of the Ko-Thi Dance Company who will share their vision and accomplishments. Ko Thi’s work magnifies the power of Kuumba to heal the community.

The Sankofa Council of Milwaukee radio broadcast is an affiliate 0f the Black Reality Think Tank Radio Network.
