The Sankofa Elders and guests will discuss the role food has played historically to our survival, sustenance, healing, entertainment and recreation.

The African Ancestry Ma’at principle of Harmony; the Nguzo Saba principle, Kujichagulia, are important concepts contributing to our survival. Our guests are Zakiya Courtney and Tyler Brown. Both of our guests are known for their culinary skills and contributions to the community through inspiration and food.

The program host is Horace Craft, Dr. Janine James, MD, and Dee Dee Conley.

The Elders of Sankofa Radio Broadcast is an affiliate of the Black Reality Think Tank Radio Network.
