“I WILL NOT TAKE MY KNEE OFF YOUR NECK AND HERE IS WHY!!!”
America has a long history of negative police behavior toward its “Black and Brown” citizens. Why? Why won’t it stop? What are the circumstances that created this attitude in America? Why is it that marches, protest, candlelight vigils, and political activity has failed to correct this ongoing problem? Will our children continue to face this problem 25 years from now? What can we learn from the history of groups such as MOVE, the Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, Republic of New Africa, SNCC, SCLC, Black Lives Matter, and others who have given their lives fighting to remove that proverbial knee or foot off of the neck of Black and Brown people globally?
