“Time for an Awakening” for Sunday 7/23/2017 at 7:00  guests will be Filmmaker, Rel Dowdell and Activist, Organizer, Oba Olayinka. Mr. Dowdell talked about the debut of his new film “Where’s Daddy”, the documentary shares interesting perspectives on the child support system and the specific effect and consequences to African-American families. In the next segment Bro. Oba Olayinka lead organizer and co-founder of the 13th annual Afrakan Independence Day Celebration in Philly. Bro. Oba talked about the event which will be held at Malcolm X Park, 52nd and Pine st in Phila., Aug 5th.
